MENTI-fit

MENTI-fit is a local sports-based initiative for people aged 16-25. We are committed to developing resilience and 'mental fitness' through exercise, mentoring, and therapeutic recreation. Activities include Yoga, Mindfulness, Boxing, and Football. These activities help young people build physical strength, improve mental health, and create supportive relationships within the community. Join us to enhance your overall wellbeing and connect with like-minded peers.

Low Cost Therapy

One main barrier to therapy is financial cost. For many people, private therapy is unaffordable. We provide Low Cost Therapy Services to those in receipt of benefits and low incomes. Additionally, we offer regular wellbeing drop-in sessions delivered both face-to-face and online. Our aim is to make therapy accessible and affordable for everyone, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder mental health support.

Our community is full of people who want to help. We work to connect those providing services with those who need them. Our advocacy services include mediation and budgeting assistance, ensuring that everyone has access to the resources they need.
